Steven Douglas "Steve" Ulery, 67, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.He was the loving husband of Merry Stenburg Ulery. Mr. Ulery was a native of Ashland, Ohio and a son of the late Carlyle and Lois Clawson Ulery.He was the plant manager of Lippert Components (Spectal Industries) of Gaffney. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters and sons-in-law:Laura and Bryan Harder of Torrance, CA, Victoria and Jamie Messman of Leawood, KS; a brother and sister-in-law:John and Susanna Ulery of Ashland, OH;sisters and brothers-in-law:Barbara and Steve Kerr of Ashland, OH, Julie and Dave Tucker of Jeromesville, OH; two grandchildren:Cadel and Elise Messman along with several nieces and nephews.

Very surprised by this post. Steve was a fellow trombone player with Jim Batey and me. I had recently attempted to do research on his whereabouts and missed he was listed here. Hope to do additional research to find out more about his life.
