Dale Edwin Strouse, 72, of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, Sept.11, 2021, at Meriter Hospital. He was born on April 1, 1949, in Ashland, Ohio, the son of Raymond Strouse and Leatrice (Knapp) Strouse. He joined the Air Force after graduating from high school. Dale proudly served until he developed health problems and was medically retired in 1972.
